PTR Forum Photos of the Month - July 2008

The PTR Team has selected two photographs that were posted to the PTR Forum as Photos of the Month for July 2008.

Neil Burton posted this photograph, taken in India.  In many ways the photograph is what photography and travel is about, that is, capturing a moment in time about a place one has visited.  Neil's use of black and white for this photograph brings drama to the scene.

Sue Berry posted this photograph taken in Namibia.  The shot was done with a point and shoot camera, which most tourists use during travel holidays.  What makes the photograph special is that she caught wonderful details of people moving across a hugh sand dune with rich and vibrant colors.
